I have practiced yoga for 35 years in some of the best studios in NYC. and developed my home practice after giving birth to my daughter in 2010. Finding time for a home practice wasn't always easy. After a couple of years I missed the studio environment and I returned to taking in person classes.
I have been a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Yoga Alliance since 2017, completing my training at Zen & Yoga in Forest Hills, NY.
August 2020, I received a certification in Kids Yoga from Peaceful Babes. October 2020, I completed 40 hour YACEP Certification in Therapeutic Yoga Level 1 in 2020 and have successfully completed 40 hours of Deepening in Therapeutic/ Restorative Yoga 2 training in April 2021, with teachers and Co Founders, Cheri Clampett & Arturo Peal.
A Reiki Practitioner since 2002, I received my Reiki Mastership, February 2020.
I am the Founder, Teacher and Practitioner at Lotus Wellness NYC, I currently teach Zoom Livestream small group classes, private, and workshops.
Zen & Yoga Studio where I have been teaching for the past 3 years closed their physical doors back in April of 2020 due to Covid restrictions. I continue to guide my students weekly online via Zoom Livestream classes.
My style of teaching is a Hatha and Vinyasa blend. My niche is gentle, restorative, and therapeutic yoga, and is for every BODY. My gift to you is providing a warm and caring environment for each student to practice in a quality way. Thereby maintaining wellness and openness in your life journey.

Linda is the best of Yoga instructors! She is well versed technically, knows how to teach others and is totally involved with everyone in class and their well being. I never miss a Friday night class - a great start to the weekend. Love her!!!
